Professional Snagging Service
Providing a comprehensive snag list for you and the builder to easily follow.
What is a snag?
A snag is a small defect or problem in your new build property after the building work has been completed. It is typically something that is damaged or broken; not fitted properly or looks unfinished. This could be anything from a scratch on a window, a faulty door hinge or a faulty light fitting.

Most snags are cosmetic – however more serious defects can arise such as major cracks and kitchen or bathroom fixtures that are not fitted properly.
What is a snagging list?
The purpose of a snagging list is to identify any defects in your new build home for your builder to fix.
Do I need a snagging list?
It is your responsibility to report any snags or defects in your new build home to your home builder before you complete your sale. It is unlikely you are to pick upon everything, and that's where we come in. Our comprehensive snagging surveys ensure you get a full snag list of all faults and snags in your property.
